Personalize Your Design
Upload your own pet photo and personalize the name and short phrase. The gallery example features COOPER with “Stay Golden”; both can be changed for your order. The pet portrait and decorative artwork are reverse UV printed on clear acrylic. LED neon highlights selected outlines and the name; the short phrase is printed. Request your preferred available LED colors and layout in the project notes. Final artwork, LED routing and proportions are confirmed in your design proof.
How Customization Works
- Upload your reference image: Send a clear photo or design and add any important colors, details, or special requests.
- Choose your preferences: Select the maximum finished size, acrylic backing shape, and design direction. You may choose our designer’s recommended LED layout and colors or provide your own instructions.
- Pay, review, and approve: Pay in full for your standard-size order. We then prepare your digital design proof, including the LED route and colors, with 2 minor revision rounds before final approval.
- Made for you: Production begins only after full payment, receipt of the required details, and your explicit approval of the final design proof.
Product Construction
- Reverse UV-printed artwork on clear acrylic.
- 6 mm flexible LED strip fitted beneath an 8 mm silicone casing.
- Clear acrylic extends approximately 15 mm beyond the outermost lighting.
- Four 6 mm round mounting holes sit outside the lighting in the clear acrylic border.
- 40 cm and 50 cm versions: USB powered with an inline 10-level brightness controller. Custom-size power requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
Available Options
- Maximum finished size: 40 cm / 15.75 in, 50 cm / 19.69 in, or Custom Size.
- Acrylic shape: Round, heart, square/rectangle, or custom contour, subject to artwork suitability.
- LED colors: White, Warm White 3000K, Red, Lemon Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple, Orange, Ice Blue, Golden Yellow, Rose Red, and Pink.
- Design direction: Designer’s choice, follow your layout and colors, or see your project notes.
What’s Included
40 cm and 50 cm: USB powered; a power adapter and mounting screws/nails are not included. Use a compatible USB power source that meets the sign’s supplied requirements. Custom sizes: if a power adapter is needed to operate the design, a suitable adapter is included as confirmed in your quotation.
- One custom UV-printed acrylic LED neon sign.
- Metal hanging chain with S-shaped hooks attached through the two upper acrylic holes; supplied in a sealed bag.
- 1.5 m white USB power cable connected to the back of the acrylic panel (40 cm and 50 cm versions).
- Inline 10-level brightness controller (40 cm and 50 cm versions).
- Protective bubble-wrap packaging; the chain is packed separately in a sealed bag.
Important Before Ordering
This is a made-to-order product. The final LED placement, acrylic cut line, proportions, and color appearance depend on the quality and suitability of your reference image. Design previews shown in the gallery are illustrative; the factory designer will confirm the production-ready layout. Screen and camera settings may also make illuminated colors appear slightly different from the finished product.
Design Proofs, Revisions & Custom Quotes
For 40 cm and 50 cm orders, full payment comes before your included digital design proof. Custom sizes and complex projects start with a free quote and initial design direction; if you proceed, full payment is followed by your proof and the same 2 minor revision rounds. Minor revisions keep the same photo, subject, and design direction. Our mistakes and production-safety corrections do not use your included rounds. Additional minor rounds are $10 each, and major redesigns are quoted separately, with your agreement before paid extra work. No automatic charges. Read the full design and revision policy.
