Effective date: September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wallaesthetic (“Wallaesthetic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit wallaesthetic.com, contact us, create an account, place an order, or submit materials for a custom product.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, products ordered, order number, customer-service messages, reviews, and any other information you choose to provide.
Custom-product information. When you request a custom LED neon sign or custom mirror, we may collect the photographs, artwork, logos, designs, written instructions, size and shape selections, special requirements, design feedback, preview approvals, and other reference materials you submit.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction status, payment method type, and limited billing details, but we do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referring page, pages and products viewed, interactions with the website, cart and purchase events, and dates and times of visits through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Personal Information
- To operate the website and provide requested products and services.
- To review reference materials, create previews when requested, manufacture custom products, and communicate about design requirements.
- To process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide order updates, and handle returns, refunds, disputes, or support requests.
- To maintain accounts, prevent fraud and misuse, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations.
- To understand website performance, improve our products and customer experience, measure advertising, and market our products where permitted by law.
3. Cookies, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel
We use cookies and similar technologies needed for website functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security, and account access. We also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our website, measure advertising performance, and improve our marketing.
Google and Meta may receive identifiers and technical or activity information such as your IP address, browser or device information, approximate location, pages and products viewed, referring pages, and cart or purchase events. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally send your uploaded custom photographs or artwork, private design instructions, or full payment-card details to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and, where available, device or platform privacy controls. Blocking some cookies may affect website functions. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.
4. Custom Images and Design Materials
We use uploaded images and other custom materials to evaluate your request, prepare a design or preview when requested, manufacture your product, provide customer support, and resolve order-related issues. Access is limited to Wallaesthetic personnel and service providers who need the materials for these purposes. Please submit only materials you are authorized to use and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- Website hosting, e-commerce, cloud storage, security, and technical service providers.
- Payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, and financial institutions involved in a transaction.
- Production, design, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics partners that help complete your order.
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta.
- Professional advisers, government authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, and the integrity of our services.
- A buyer, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of analytics and advertising technologies such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a “sale” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may request to opt out by contacting us at zhengguofeng5990@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
7. International Data Transfers
Wallaesthetic serves customers in the United States, but personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside the United States in countries where our team and our hosting, payment, analytics, production, fulfillment, or shipping providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your state or country. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for international processing as appropriate.
8. Data Retention
Temporary custom-product uploads that are not connected to an order may be deleted sooner, generally within 48 hours. Customer-uploaded images, design files, communications, and related order information are generally retained for up to 180 days after the order is completed, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise closed, and are then deleted or anonymized when reasonably practicable.
We may retain limited transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, warranty, or dispute records for longer when reasonably necessary or required by law. Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or a copy of your personal information; request correction or deletion; request data portability; restrict or object to certain processing; or opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a privacy request, email zhengguofeng5990@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or order. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in this policy, including identifiers and contact information, customer and commercial records, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, payment-related information handled through processors, and photographs, artwork, or other content submitted for custom orders. We collect this information from you, your browser or device, our service providers, and parties involved in fulfilling your order, and use and disclose it for the purposes described above.
Subject to applicable law, residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise an applicable right or appeal a decision concerning a request, contact us using the email address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
