A few helpful details before you start your custom piece.
What kind of image can I upload?
You can upload a clear photo, pet portrait, artwork, logo, or another visual reference. Higher-quality images help us prepare a cleaner result.
What image file formats and sizes work best?
We recommend JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or HEIF files. For the clearest result, use an image at least 1500 pixels on its longest side and no larger than 20 MB.
Can I see a design before production?
If requested, we can prepare an LED neon strip placement preview or a simplified line-art mirror design before production.
Do the acrylic mirrors light up?
No. Our custom and ready-made acrylic mirrors are lightweight and non-illuminated. Custom mirrors include a simplified line-art design; ready-made mirrors use an existing design. Both include a self-adhesive backing for wall mounting.
How is the LED neon light powered?
It is USB powered and includes an inline switch with 10 brightness levels.
Can a detailed photo or artwork be simplified?
Yes. We can simplify it into a design suitable for LED strip placement or a line-art mirror. The final level of detail depends on the source image and chosen product.
PRODUCT NOTES
Made individually: Because every piece is custom-made, slight variations may occur between a digital preview and the finished product.
For custom mirrors: The back includes a self-adhesive layer for mounting. Apply it to a clean, dry, smooth surface. The acrylic mirror surface is shipped with a protective film; remove the front protective film after installation.
