For a new piece, tell us your idea and upload a reference photo. For an existing order, include your order number if you have it.

Is a quote free?

Yes. We review feasibility, pricing, and the initial design direction before you decide. No payment is collected with this inquiry. A free quote is not a finished digital design proof.

When will I see my design?

If you proceed, pay in full first. Your custom order then includes a digital design proof and 2 rounds of minor revisions. Production begins only after payment, all required information, and your explicit approval of the final proof.

What should I include?

For custom work: a clear photo or artwork, preferred size, names or wording, and what to keep or change. For order support: your order number, checkout email, a brief description, and relevant product or packaging photos.
